	Every Ecocall team enjoys the benefits of a dedicated account manager who knows all the details of your account, and they are backed up by 2 members of a Buddy Team, who are also briefed on your account should your Account Manager be on holiday or at lunch. If your Account Manager is unavailable ask to speak to a member of their Buddy Team, who will be happy to help.
	It is our policy not to use automated answering services or IVR’s, and we also operate a no voicemail policy. Therefore you always get to talk to a real person.
