Q. Do I get to keep my phone number if I want to take out a mobile contract with Ecocall?

A Yes. You can Port your number from any network.

Q Can I move to Ecocall if I am still in contract with my current provider?

A You have to fulfil your minimum contractual term with your current provider. If you have done this then you are free to move providers. You can speak to one of our client services team on 0845 4567801 for help with this.

Q How do I know if I’m still in contract?

A Generally, every time you upgrade your phone you enter into a new 12 month (minimum agreement)

Q What would happen if my phone is faulty and needs repairing?

A Most phones are covered by a manufacturers 12 month warranty. If you purchased your phone from Ecocall then we can get it repaired it for you.

Q Who do I call if I have a problem?

A Ecocall. There is no need to deal with the Networks direct, so you can say goodbye to being put on hold for 30 minutes, or having to speak to a different person every time. All of your queries are handled by your dedicated client services account manager, who knows you and your account.

Q What will my bill look like?

A You receive your bill in a format to suit you. Our paper format bills give a top level summary, we can email you full call itemisation details and all of our customers receive free access to online billing system Webabillty. For information on online billing click here
