ECOCALL's Premium Rate Services (090X) enable you to distribute business information services to a far wider audience - whether that's your core business or simply part of your customer service operation - without the operational billing overheads this normally means. Simply use a number from our range of Premium Rate numbers or take advantage of Number Portability to move your current number from BT and other providers. We'll then route calls to your designated destination - a call centre, helpdesk or even recorded message. Callers are charged via their normal telephone bill and ECOCALL passes a substantial proportion of this charge to you. Organisations typically use ECOCALL Premium Rate to offer specific business services such as insurance advice, tax consultancy, IT services or stock market information; their customers use the service to call for additional information on products, for timetable information, and helpdesk technical support.
